To celebrate Malaysia’s 50th Anniversary of Independence (Merdeka), BSM took time to reflect and remember the work that went into producing our very own Malay Bible Translation. We are especially glad that Dr. Daud Soesilo, the Translations Coordinator for the Asia Pacific region with United Bible Societies, graciously allowed us to adapt his paper, Malay Bible Translation: What’s In Store For Malaysian Churches into a series of articles published in our newsletter, Word@Work.
